2. Service Description & Heroku B2B Architecture

Codque provides an API gateway proxy allowing B2B access to commercially compliant foundation models managed securely on Heroku Managed Inference. By using our platform, you acknowledge that all model invocations, fallbacks, and token routing are processed strictly through Heroku elements and not via retail consumer accounts.

3. Subscription Tiers & Compute Credit Quotas

Usage of Codque is governed under distinct subscription tiers that allocate Compute Credits for each subscription billing cycle. Monthly and yearly periods follow the subscription's actual renewal dates. Model invocations deduct the resolved model's configured base credit cost from the shared subscription pool; prepaid credits are a separate non-expiring fallback. Compute credits, concurrent agent bounds, and retention limits are tracked in real-time. Unauthorized attempts to bypass these limits will result in suspension.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our platform to transmit any harmful, unauthorized, or illegal content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, design, and software on this website are the intellectual property of COSQ Network Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of our platform without prior written consent.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.
